The Perfect Murder – The German Judiciary and the National Socialist Past
The speech by publicist Dr. h.c. Ralph Giordano on the occasion of the presentation of the book “Rosenburg” on 10 June 2013 at the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government in Berlin.
“His speech ‘The Perfect Murder’ is an alarming indictment that denounces the perfection of the NS justice of terror, but above all the perfection with which German Federal judiciary denied and suppressed its historical guilt, and even how perfectly the West German judicial system was still shaped by the demonic Nazi spectre of perpetrators and accessories,“ stated the publishing house Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht.
